Building Real-Time Laravel Apps with Pusher

What we've learned?

In this chapter and over the set of exercises we've undertaken we've covered:

  • Real-time fundamentals: what are channels, events and event data
  • How you trigger events and channels from your server-side
  • How you subscribe to channels, bind to events and handle event data on the client
  • How to add real-time notifications to a Laravel app
